У меня все проще крыло крепится к ноге двумя болтами. Скажите сколько шайб куда надо подложить чтобы изменить угол атаки.

You said you bought 2 legs for your Manta foil. Is the longer one vertical, straight up and down? If yes, then you have the ability to test 3 positions for the wing! Far forward, directly underneath, and far backward! Stepan and I should be happy to hear results from all three.
I agree that every foil in the world has the front wing forward. That might suggest that a single wing should also be there, BUT it does not prove it should be! On a foil, the mast is not doing a fin's job. On the fly-fin, however, the mast has to continue doing all the jobs of the fin. You would not windsurf a fin leaning forward, or even up and down. You would only windsurf a fin with some backward slant or curve! Putting a wing on the fin does not change any of it's necessary fin functions. Putting a wing on it only gives more lift!
